Short answer: MetaFleet connects to Claude as a custom connector. Claude can answer questions about live jobs, invoices, AR and parts from MetaFleet within the permissions of the person asking, with read-only keys available and every change logged.
How it works
Step by step.
- Turn on the connector. An admin enables it in MetaFleet.
- Issue a private key. Tied to one person's login and role.
- Read-only first. Allow changes only when you choose.
- Ask in plain words. Answers from live shop data; changes logged.

Do I need a developer?
No. It is added as a custom connector with a private key.
Can I revoke access?
Yes. Switch the key off and access stops.
