You ask in plain English from the AI app you already use, and the answer comes from your live MetaFleet data: jobs, dispatch, technician hours, billing, payments, parts, purchasing, inspections, PM and reports. It works through your own MetaFleet login and permissions, can start read-only, and every change is logged.

How it works

Step by step.

  1. MetaFleet turns it on. Access is switched on for your shop and set for each person.
  2. You get a private key. Tied to your own MetaFleet login and permissions.
  3. Add the connector. Add MetaFleet as a custom connector in ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity.
  4. Ask. Plain-English questions, answered from your live data.

Questions

What can I ask?

Example questions: How many hours did John invoice this week? How many brake chambers did I sell in the last three months? What inventory is on this truck? Which invoices are past due? Answers depend on your own data.

Can it make changes?

Only if you allow it. A key can be read-only, it can never do more than that person could do in MetaFleet, and every change is logged.

Which AI apps work?

ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity, as a custom connector. Custom connectors are available on some plans of each AI app.
