Feature: Invoicing

Invoices that are right the first time.

Short answer: MetaFleet builds the invoice from the work order: labor at the rate for the time on the job site, parts with your markup matrix, shop supply fees and tax by state, county and city. It goes out with a pay link, posts to QuickBooks Online, and unpaid balances age in the AR report with optional late fees.

How it works

Step by step.

  1. Rates by job-site time. Day, night, weekend and holiday rates applied automatically.
  2. Parts and fees. Markup matrix, shop supply fees and line-item templates.
  3. Tax and surcharge. Tax by state, county and city; card surcharge up to 3% where allowed.
  4. Send and collect. Pay link, statements, late fees and AR aging.
