Get paid before the tech leaves.
Short answer: MetaFleet takes card, ACH, saved cards and pay links through Stripe, paid out to the shop's own account. Card holds are held, not charged, until the job is done; cash and checks are recorded; refunds, batch payments and statements are built in, and payments sync both ways with QuickBooks Online.
How it works
Step by step.
- Hold the card. A card hold is placed, not charged.
- Finish the job. The invoice is built from the order.
- Collect. Apply the hold, send a pay link, or record cash or check.
- Reconcile. Payments sync both ways with QuickBooks Online.
Questions
Whose Stripe account is it?
The shop's own. Money is paid out to the shop.
Can I add a card surcharge?
MetaFleet supports a card surcharge up to 3%. Surcharge rules vary by state and card network.
