PM that books itself.
Short answer: MetaFleet PM programs track each customer unit by miles, engine hours or months. Reminders go out 14, 7, 3 and 1 days ahead, customers pick up to three dates from the portal, appointment reminders go out 24 hours and 3 hours before, and the shop is nudged to enroll trucks that are not on a program.
How it works

- Set the program. Intervals by miles, engine hours or months.
- Reminders. 14, 7, 3 and 1 days before the unit is due.
- Customer books. Up to three preferred dates from the portal.
- Visit invoiced. PM visit invoices flow to QuickBooks Online.
