How it works
One job, first call to paid.
Short answer: A call is recorded and scored, the job is offered to the best-fit technician by skills, shift and drive time, the technician works it from a phone, the AI turns notes into repair lines, the customer approves from a link, and the invoice goes out with a pay link that syncs to QuickBooks Online.
How it works
Step by step.
- The call comes in. On the built-in phone system; recorded, transcribed, summarized and scored after it ends.
- Dispatch offers the job. Filtered by skills, service area and shift, ranked by drive time, offered with a countdown; the AI explains the pick.
- The technician works it. VIN, plate or odometer read from a photo; notes in shorthand; parts from truck stock.
- The AI writes the lines. One repair line per problem with suggested labor; the technician's words kept.
- The customer approves. From a link or the portal, line by line when the shop requires it.
- Invoice and payment. Pay link by card or ACH, card hold applied, QuickBooks Online sync.
