Feature: Parts inventory
Know where every part is.
Short answer: MetaFleet tracks parts by warehouse and bin with low-stock minimums and maximums, transfers, and blind cycle counts on a phone. Consignment stock kept at a customer's site is its own inventory location, alongside warehouses and service trucks. It keeps cross-references and OEM or aftermarket substitutes, finds the nearest stock by drive time, and reports consumption as a CSV.
How it works
Step by step.
- Bins and warehouses. Every part has a home, with min and max.
- Counts on a phone. Blind cycle counts so nobody counts to the screen.
- Find it fast. Nearest stock by drive time; cross-references and substitutes.
- Watch usage. Parts Watch and a consumption report as CSV.
