Feature: Vendor bills

Every part paid for once.

Short answer: MetaFleet turns received purchase order lines into a vendor bill, so what the shop owes matches what actually arrived. Vendors keep their lead times and payment methods, bills are marked paid with how they were paid, and bills and purchase orders push to QuickBooks Online, where the books stay.

How it works

Step by step.

  1. Receive the PO. Lines checked in against the order.
  2. Bill from receipts. The bill is built from received lines.
  3. Pay the vendor. Marked paid with the payment method.
  4. Post to QuickBooks. Bills and POs push to QuickBooks Online.

Questions

Does this replace QuickBooks bill pay?

No. MetaFleet records the bill against the parts that arrived and sends it to QuickBooks Online, which stays the accounting system.

Can a receipt photo start the PO?

Yes. A parts receipt photo fills in a purchase order for a person to check.
